Major Propane Wholesaler Announces Growth Strategy and Strategic Alliance

West Orange, NJ, September 27, 2007 - Texas Liquids Partners LLC (Texas Liquids), is proud to announce that it has entered into a strategic partnership with the NHE Group in Orlando, Florida. Together, Texas Liquids and the NHE Group will look to significantly increase the Texas Liquids presence in the Southeastern United States. More specifically, the combined corporate effort will look to increase Texas Liquids' wholesale sales volumes to existing retail propane suppliers, as well as look to acquire existing propane companies that are in the market to be sold.

Steve Montovano, Texas Liquids' Chief Operating Officer adds, "Today, Texas Liquids accomplishes another major objective in its plan to significantly grow and expand its current portfolio. The partnership with the NHE Group aligns Texas Liquids with the right partner to expand its business in the Southeastern United States."
